1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the UMI Buffet mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
UMI Buffet provides a mobile application that allows users to browse menus, make reservations, join waitlists, place orders, earn loyalty rewards, purchase and redeem gift cards, and manage their dining experience at UMI Buffet restaurant locations operated by Tastyfuture Inc.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features, you must register using a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and current information.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
All prices displayed in the App are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges incurred. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
5. RESERVATIONS AND WAITLIST
Reservations and waitlist positions are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations. No-shows may result in restrictions on future reservations.
6. LOYALTY PROGRAM AND GIFT CARDS
Loyalty points and rewards are subject to the specific terms of the UMI Buffet loyalty program. Points have no cash value and may expire. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
7. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Interfere with the operation of the App
Submit false or misleading information
Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tastyfuture Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tastyfuture Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
